- Every student must carry his school diary daily. Parents should regularly check the teacher’s remarks in the diary and sign them.
- Students must report to school five minutes before the first bell. Late comers will be sent back home at their own risk. During Parent Teacher Meeting, attendance of all students and parents is compulsory or else absence fine will be charged, since it is a normal working day, students must come in School Uniform.
- Students must always (including birthdays) be in prescribed School Uniform which should be neatly ironed. A student who is slovenly dressed will be fined. Frequent defaulters will even be sent home.
- Running aimlessly, shouting and whistling inside the school building is strictly prohibited. Students who have forgotten food, lunch box, stationery etc. at home,
- will not be allowed to telephone at their residence for the same, neither will it be accepted in the school during working hours.
- Students must ensure that they do not cause any damage to school property, otherwise suitable fine individually or collectively will be imposed, to make up the loss.
- No student shall leave the school premises during school hours without prior permission of the Principal. This permission shall be granted only in case of unforeseen emergency. Please do not ask for half day leave for marriage ceremonies ete.
- The name, class and section of the child should be clearly marked on all his belongings. Kindly do not allow your ward to wear any item of gold/diamond jewellery or bring costly watch, comb, pens or stationery items. The school will not be held responsible for any loss. If a mobile phone is found with your ward, it’ll be confiscated.
- Students should behave in a refined manner at all times. They should keep in mind that people outside are going to judge their school by their conduct.
- Students must politely greet their teachers whenever they meet them, even outside the school.
- No exchange of Rakhi & greeting cards. Children are not allowed to bring anything except candies for distribution on their birthday.
- Parents and guardians are not permitted to walk into class rooms or meet teachers during working hours. They can discuss problem of their ward with the Principal as per the following schedule or by prior appointment.
Summer : Monday to Saturday 8.00 a.m. to 9.30 a.m.
Winter : Monday to Saturday 9.00 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. - Parents are advised to make use of the student’s diary for conveying any urgent problem to any teacher or event to the Principal.
- Only the Parent or Guardian of the child should collect the Progress Report of the child on Parent-Teacher Meeting Day and return it to the Class Teacher through their ward within 3 days.
- Any student suffering from an infectious disease is not permitted to attend class and will be sent home until he/she brings a fitness certificate from a registered medical practitioner. This is necessary to avoid spreading of the disease to other students of the school. If your ward is ill/suffering from head-ache, stomach ache or from loose motions etc. please do not send him/her to school.
- To avoid accidents, parents are requested to advise the children to strictly follow Road Safety Rules. Your ward must be sent and collected in time or else school is not responsible.
- To avoid kidnapping cases, parents are requested to advise their children not to accept any eatable/gifts or pamphlets from strangers at the school gate.
- Children are strictly forbidden to bring any vehicle to school. Only cycles are allowed.
- Children are not allowed to bring plastic tiffins, water bottles and carry bags.
